Ingredients
checkbox One salmon steak or portion
checkbox 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
checkbox Olive oil for sautéing
checkbox Soy Sauce
checkbox 1 tsp wasabi powder
checkbox 1 tsp water
checkbox 1 Tbsp heavy cream
checkbox Salt to taste
checkbox Slivered red bell pepper (Garnish)
checkbox Slivered green onion/Scallion (Garnish)

Make wasabi sauce:  mix wasabi powder and water to make a paste.  Let stand for 10 minutes.  Mix in heavy cream and season to taste with salt.  Watch the HOT factor in tasting – wasabi is HOT!
Coat fish with sesame seeds and sauté in oil on both sides, in a skillet until it flakes
Season to taste with soy sauce.  Transfer to a serving plate and top with the wasabi sauce, sprinkle with a garnish of finely slivered re bell pepper and green onion..
