Ingredients
checkbox 6–8 oz. portions of salmon or halibut

Place ½ inch of water in a 5-6 inch pan to simmer
Place fillet or portion in the pan and cover for approximately 4 minutes
Top with soy sauce, teriyaki or your favorite sauce OR have it plain.
You can’t mess this up, and it offers you the TRUE flavor of the salmon
Top your favorite salad; make enchiladas, spaghetti, lasagna, tacos or chili.  The opportunities are endless.
